Pool, Garden & Barn

The house and cottage are totally enclosed within beautifully secluded gardens both to the front and rear of the property.

Situated alongside the cottage, the heated flood-lit pool measures 8m x 4m.  It is 1.2 m deep at the shallow end (with Roman steps), dropping to a depth of 1.8m.  Surrounded by paving, beautiful plants, plenty of sunloungers and garden furniture, it makes the ideal spot for sunbathing. For safety reasons it is securely enclosed by a fence and has a safety cover.  The water is salt-treated which is kinder to the skin than chlorinated water. 

There are two patio areas for outdoor dining – the covered area next to the kitchen makes the perfect spot for morning coffee and croissants, while the paved area next to the pool, with its backdrop of lavender hedges and passion flowers, is the perfect setting for dining “al fresco”.

Adjacent to the main house is a very large barn, with original exposed beams and access to both front and back gardens, housing a full-size ping-pong table and barbecue.
